Project Summary

Majenta approached Phunk to align their brand collateral for both digital and print needs. We kicked off by refreshing their brand and establishing guidelines for consistency. Collaborating closely with the Majenta team, we redesigned key materials such as documents, email marketing, webinar branding, social media assets, and stationery.

We also overhauled their website, merging content from legacy sites and creating a streamlined, user-friendly hub. The challenge was simplifying their complex offerings while positioning Majenta as a leader in digital engineering. The result? A focused, lead-generating site with dynamic content and optimized user flow.

Transforming a dated brand into a professional identity

During discussions with Majenta, they explained that their current brand felt dated, with sharp corners, bright colours, and inconsistent styling that was too "in your face." Given their high-profile clients like JLR, Nissan, Falmouth University, and ARJ Construction, they wanted a more refined, professional look. The aim was to simplify the design, making it more approachable while aligning with their target audience, without losing the brand’s distinctiveness.

Using Webflow we completely redesigned Majenta’s website to create a streamlined, user-friendly experience that consolidates content from their legacy sites. The focus was on simplifying the user journey, making it easier for visitors to explore their offerings with minimal effort. Within the first two months, the new website achieved significant improvements, including increased conversion rates, faster load times, and a noticeable boost in site traffic. Dynamic elements like news and case studies now keep the site engaging and informative for their audience.

Establishing a future-proof design system for Majenta

With a new design system specifically for Majenta’s website, ensuring consistency across every page. This system includes reusable components, typography, and color schemes that not only streamline web development but also set the foundation for future digital platforms. Alongside this, we developed a style guide to ensure that the internal team can easily maintain brand consistency as they expand into other channels, making future updates more efficient.

We built Majenta’s new website using Webflow, leveraging its powerful CMS to make content management easy for their internal team. The platform allows quick updates, keeping the site fresh without technical hassle. We also used Finsweet’s Client-First naming conventions, improving consistency and development speed. This ensures the site remains scalable, efficient, and easy to maintain as Majenta's needs evolve.
